OpAmp was critical for the close-out process. after analyzing and categorizing the documentation for a mega project, OpAmp brought to the attention of the project team the state of the documentation. Then, OpAmp developed and implemented the processes and technologies that enabled the review and expediting the resolution for 20,000 documents by a team remotely located at the fabricators offices. I have great regard for the resources at OpAmp information Management Company. OpAmp supplied resources in the roles of information management lead and document control on a fast and chaotic major LNG project where their capability led to highly successful solutions and outcomes. One particular achievement of note for OpAmp was the work within the facilities engineering group for a major business unit where their engineering technical capabilities led to a consensus by individuals from very diverse business and technical backgrounds. OpAmp led or played a major role in the development of standards for business units and operations including equipment tagging, intelligent systems (e.g. 3-D modelling programs), and operational toolsets (e.g. CMMS). OpAmp also developed a factory model for repeat deployment of upstream well pads. The OpAmp resources are masters at working with our teams in facilitating, strategizing and planning around the needs and challenges of the business unit. All parts of the business would gravitate to these individuals to seek solutions and pick their brain, whether its business processes or delivery of technical solutions, even when OpAmp individuals were not assigned to the need at hand.

I thought OpAmp quickly integrated into our doc process. I know we had some difficult employees who did not want to let go of the processes they have always owned, but you guys did a great job of working with the team to prove your expertise and win over those individuals to get them to “open up” and begin handing off some of the work. Once the work was hand over, the performance was great – speedy, accurate, and visible to project managers. We never would have finished our project on time without the support of the OpAmp team.
